The CAF Baffle Grease Filter is constructed with filter removal handles fitted as standard. The design is easily cleaned in a conventional or commercial dish washer, sink or steam. Another feature of the filter is the reduced vibration. The BAF 2″ is made from a unique role for formed baffle, designed to prevent flames from penetration through filter in the duct work. The two layers of equally spaced baffle created on air flow, provides unsurpassed performance in efficient grease removal.
